At Remedy Doula Services, I offer personalized, compassionate support throughout pregnancy, labor, and the early postpartum period. My goal is to empower you to birth confidently, informed, and on your own terms — whether that's at home, a birth center, or hospital.
Birth Support

Prenatal visits allow you to share your birth vision, go over what to expect during labor and discuss all the options available to you. We’ll help create your birth plan, establish your wishes, practice comfort techniques for labor, and provide an introduction to the first days postpartum and breastfeeding.
2 virtual meetings and 1 in-person meeting

Available through phone, text, and email 24/7 from contract signing to 60 days postpartum for support.

On-call labor support from 37 weeks gestation to birth, including use of comforting labor tools (birth sling, rebozo, etc.) to promote progress and ease. Early postpartum support after delivery up to 2hrs.

1 In-home visit within 2 weeks after baby’s birth to debrief your experience, provide in house assistance and provide any resources you may need.

Overnight newborn support
Daytime support (limited)
Feeding support (breast/chestfeeding or bottle feeding)

Rest support so parents can sleep and recover
Recovery guidance and normal postpartum healing support
Partner support and transition help
